Vishwa Jagriti Mission celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2022 with great enthusiasm. The celebration started with lighting of lamp by Dr. Archika Didi. Yoga enthusiasts performed various yogic exercises like Shashank Asana, Vajra Asana, Shalabh Asana, Bhujang Asana, Setubandha, etc. and breathing exercises like Anulom vilom, Bhastrika, and meditation as per the common protocol issued by Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, under the guidance of Dr. Archika Didi and felt peace and serenity in the serene premises of Anand Dham Ashram.
Inauguration of Vishwa Jagriti Mission International Yoga School
On the special occasion of the 75th year of Independence Day of India, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, His Holiness Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj and Dr. Archika Didi inaugurated Vishwa Jagriti Mission International Yoga School. Maharishi Vedvyas Gurukul Vidyapeeth organized the inauguration event and made it successful.

Maharaj Shri addressed how ‘Yoga for Humanity‘ has been realized for ages in India by all the great saints and leaders. It is a matter of utter happiness that now it has been experienced by each and every individual across the world because of the innate efforts of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Bhai Modi Ji to celebrate Yogic Living in the form of International Yoga Day every year.
