What is a Spartan?
Spartan SGX classes will support you to perform better in any OCR or any endurance event by conquering obstacles while minimizing the risk of injuries. Spartan classes follow entraining and fun going workouts that the boring, traditional. It combines mono structural training, functional movements, and obstacles to gain muscle endurance, improve speed, and cardiovascular endurance.
Packages
- Muscle Build Program of duration 1 Year Training
- Women Strength Training Program of duration 6 Months Training
- Fat Burning Program of 3 Months
The Owner Yeniz Parton with her experienced friend Elite Athlete who is also a gym trainer started a journey with only 9 training and fitness coaching classes at the beginning but now they are running over 30 classes which include youth programs, Spartan SGX Program, Personal Coaching, Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Classes X2 People, and IFIT Youth Classes. From this, the team has found its purpose to spread the message of “fitness can be fun.”
Timings offered for Spartan Classes are: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30 AM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
About IFIT Gym
Yeniz Parton, owner of the IFITI have great experience in the Spartan Races. To share her knowledge and experience with friends, family members, and the community people, Yenis started I-F.I.T. The gym started its journey in the Spring of 2019 in association with a small group of friends, and family members who supported the growth of the gym.
