Indian students contemplating safer and more affordable options closer to home, but are still planning to study abroad, can now take advantage of Eton College Canada’s partnership agreement with Punjab’s premier institution, the Rayat-Bahra University (RBU), to establish an Eton Global Location on campus.
In the agreement brokered by MSM Higher Ed, students can begin their Eton College Canada programs at RBU, serving as Eton College’s local learning centre. After completing an Eton College diploma in their home country, they can study for two years at any of Eton’s Canadian partner institutions or two and a half years at a New Zealand university as various pathway options.
Transnational Education Amid the Pandemic
Not only does the deal assist Eton College Canada’s program expansion, but it also boosts pathway and career opportunities for Indian students affected by mobility restrictions from the pandemic. Students under this pathway program whose family income has been disrupted will be able to save high costs of international tuition fees and living abroad expenses because they can transfer their studies to foreign institutions at a later time.
Global Locations
Situated near the Tricity of Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, RBU is a recognized institution of the University Grant Commission of India and the State Government of Punjab.
