Rockville, USA & Dubai, UAE – Dec 22, 2025: HyBotX and FasterCapital today announced a strategic partnership through FasterCapital’s EquityPilot program to accelerate deployment of HyBotX’s hybrid power module for ruggedized outdoor humanoid robots across defense, security, industrial, agriculture, construction, mining, and disaster-response markets globally. The collaboration combines technical development, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising support.

While the humanoid robotics market is projected to reach multi-billion-dollar growth by 2030, most platforms remain limited to 2–3 hours of runtime due to battery constraints and reliance on charging infrastructure. This restricts heavy-duty, remote, and extreme-environment operations. HyBotX addresses this gap with a modular hybrid system designed for continuous, high-power performance where downtime increases cost and mission risk.

The HyBotX power pack integrates a compact internal combustion engine, electric motor, semi-solid-state lithium-ion battery (350 Wh/kg), optional supercapacitors, and an advanced power management unit. The system delivers 8–12 hours of operation, sustains 3 kW loads, and functions in temperatures from −20°C to 60°C. Rapid refueling in under two minutes, infrastructure independence, and ROS2/NVIDIA Isaac compatibility make it OEM-ready. Early milestones include two patent filings and validated 3D performance models. The company projects more than 3× runtime compared to battery-only humanoids and a future “power-as-a-service” model to reduce total cost of ownership.

Through EquityPilot, FasterCapital will provide capital support, engineering resources, business development guidance, and investor access to accelerate prototype completion and pilot deployments within 12–18 months.

HyBotX is seeking $200K in pre-seed Bridge/SAFE funding to finalize integration and plans a seed round in 2026 to scale manufacturing and commercial pilots.
