DDA K1 Zone is a part of the Master Plan 2021, which aims to provide adequate shelter to the people along with the physical and social infrastructure for the assignment population. The zone includes the part of the Dwarka sub-city for the development of the commercial and institutional uses along with the best transport facility.
As a part of Land Pooling Policy and Master Plan Delhi 2021, K Zone was accepted by the Authority vide Agenda no.79 dated 30.06.1987. The project’s aim is the conversion of the environment to provide open spaces, public Green Area. As per the Land pooling policy, the landowners can apply for the organization to pool small lands and to develop it without changing the owner of the land.
New sectors announced in Dwarka by the Delhi Development Authority under the Land Pooling Authority with nine-acre of a housing project in the sector 104 on Dwarka. For the project, L&T also announce the order worth Rs 2597 crore for construction jobs. In 2019 a project was introduced in Dwarka known as Dwarka expressway was delayed due to the issue of acquisition. The Dwarka Expressway is an expressway of 29 km, and this expressway falls under Gurugram for 14 km.
