CoreAxis is pleased to announce the hire of Kelli Connors as Global Lead, Organizational Effectiveness. Connors was hired to head the organizational development and leadership department at CoreAxis.
With the addition of Connors to the team, the company will be able to improve its already-strong solution suite. Connors has previously worked with C-level executives and other senior leaders to bring organizational effectiveness to their teams, functions and companies in the areas of strategy implementation, change management and organizational effectiveness. She has worked in a variety of industries, including retail, technology, insurance, financial services and more.

Connors received her Master of Business Administration from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College. With her training and experience, she will help CoreAxis in a number of areas, including executive coaching, strategic planning, talent management, change management, process redesign and leadership development. Her specialty is helping business leaders hone their management and leadership skills through clear, constructive feedback. Connors is an excellent addition to the CoreAxis team, and will help create stronger strategies and training for their clients.
